Meet the Winemaker: Vinos Parvada

Join us for a elevated dinner service featuring a special Meet the Winemaker experience by Federico Villarreal of Vinícola Parvada, one of Mexico's most celebrated modern wineries.

Throughout the evening, Federico will make his way through the restaurant and bar, visiting tables for an intimate opportunity to share the stories, craftsmanship, and terroir behind each bottle. Guests are invited to taste a curated selection of Parvada wines, and a discount will be offered for wine by the glass and bottles to enjoy or take home. 

Our culinary team will complement the experience with three refined dishes inspired by Mexican cuisine, crafted to pair with Parvada's expressive wines while honoring our signature EDGE. 

This experience is woven seamlessly into our dinner service, and will be available at EDGE Bar as well. Guests are invited to reserve a standard dinner reservation during the event window and enjoy the evening at their own pace while the winemaker is present.
