EDGE Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Denver offers private dining experiences for every occasion, from intimate celebrations and corporate dinners to milestone gatherings and cocktail receptions.
Three glass-enclosed Private Dining Rooms, richly appointed with warm woods, sculpted stone, and curated lighting, provide an elegant and modern backdrop for any occasion. Corner Bar offers a refined setting for cocktail receptions of up to 50 guests, while our Al Fresco Patio accommodates intimate gatherings in the open air. The full Restaurant & Bar can be reserved for up to 400 guests.

Butcher’s Block
The Butcher’s Block is complete with a custom-built butcher's block dining table that seats up to 10 guests. The menus offered in this room are exclusive to this space for a true one-of-a-kind experience that is entirely customizable. Appointed and designed with bespoke cutlery and china, the Butcher's Block offers guests an immersive dining experience with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall showcasing the back-of-house talent in the kitchen.
EDGE Bars
Looking for a lively, yet intimate gathering for your friends or colleagues? Consider hosting your reception at our Main Bar, Corner Bar or Al Fresco Patio! The Corner Bar is a brand new addition to our space and is perfect for groups ranging 20-50.
Our Al Fresco Patio is our little oasis in the city where groups up to 30 can mix and mingle in a private area where they feel they are anywhere but a big city. This space can be heated and is fully covered in the case of inclement weather. The entire EDGE Bar space is also available for buyouts up to 200 guests for a reception while having options for smaller gatherings in the Corner Bar and Al Fresco Patio.
EDGE is one of the only bars in town to feature Dom Perignon, P2 and Moet & Hennessey by the glass.
Private Dining Rooms
EDGE offers two Private Dining Rooms that may be reserved separately or combined to seat up to 44 guests. Private Room 2 (right side of the photo) can host up to 16 guests and Private Room 3 (left side of the photo) can accommodate 24. Designed thoughtfully, when joined together by an added airwall, the two rooms can host up to 44 guests for a seated affair.
Buyouts
High ceilings, a private bar and a reimagined dining room create the perfect setting for large social and corporate functions. Our Main Dining Room is available for full buyouts hosting up to 150 guests seated and 200 reception style.
