At EDGE, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. From sourcing locally-grown ingredients to reducing waste, we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact.

Our sustainability efforts include: 

Composting all organic waste 

Using a food waste management system called Kitro

We proudly use rubber coasters in our Restaurant and Bar

We utilize compostable gloves, plate ware, cutlery, napkins, straws, cups and lids

We use eco sticks for our sweeteners, which is 60% less paper 

We focus on low impact events and meetings
