Timothy Sorek


Timothy Sorek, EDGE Restaurant and Bar’s Sommelier started his career in restaurants in his hometown of Chandler, Arizona, where he was introduced to the world of wine and the Court of Master Sommeliers. He relocated to San Francisco for an opportunity to work at the three Michelin-starred restaurant Benu. Following that experience, as his love of wine continued to grow, he spent the next few years working at several esteemed restaurants including Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak and La Toque. 

Upon moving to Colorado, he joined the James Beard Award-winning team at Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder. He completed the Advanced Sommelier exam in 2019 and is currently preparing for the first portion of the Master Sommelier Diploma exam.
