Re-imagine Halloween this year and join us for an unforgettable Yelloween with Veuve Clicquot and EDGE Restaurant & Bar. Sequestered in a private dining room, guests will feast upon a haunting four-course menu expertly paired with Veuve Clicquot champagnes as dim lights casts shadows upon the Victorian-inspired dinner table.

Thanksgiving Day Brunch
Reservations available between 10am – 2:30pm

A festive and bountiful buffet will feature various offerings including house-made breads and pastries; a quiche station; made-to-order omelets and eggs benedicts; savory breakfast sides; fresh griddle waffles with nutmeg cream; artisanal cheese and charcuterie platters; a raw bar and seafood station featuring tiger prawns, Alaskan king crab legs, freshly shucked oysters, and assorted sushi rolls; create-your-own poke; and various seasonal soups. A carving station will highlight slow roasted natural Tom Turkey with traditional fixings, Scottish king salmon en croute, and accompanying sides including whipped Yukon gold potatoes, agave glazed carrots, and baked garlic creamed spinach. To end the feast, the talented pastry team will showcase their sweet talents with an extraordinary dessert spread featuring chocolate pecan bars, pumpkin spice cheesecake, cranberry panna cotta, vegan chocolate coconut pot de crème, and more.

The brunch menu is available for USD $110 per adult, and includes bottomless mimosas; children 5 – 12 years old, USD $55; children 5 and under, free.

Thanksgiving Dinner
6:00pm – 10:00pm

Enjoy a traditional three-course prix fixe menu including roasted butternut squash soup with spiced pepitas and cinnamon cream; slow roasted natural Tom Turkey paired with traditional fixings and sides; and classic pumpkin pie for dessert.

The pre-fix dinner menu is offered for USD $68 per adult or USD $30 per child 12 & under.

Family Feast To-Go
Leave the cooking to the team and spend more time with loved ones by pre-ordering a Thanksgiving Feast for 12 to-go. The complete traditional dinner includes a 24lb. slow roasted turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce, stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, agave glazed root vegetables, apple pie and pumpkin tart for UDS $500.

Guests who wish to savor the sweet flavors of the season at home can take advantage of a variety of to-go options prepared by the hotel pastry team, including:

Christmas Day Brunch

A celebratory buffet will provide an abundance of festive food featuring fresh pastries; made-to-order omelets and eggs benedict; seasonal soups and salads; traditional Peking Duck; artisanal cheese and charcuterie platters; a raw bar and seafood station; create-your-own poke; and more! A carving station will offer slow roasted prime beef strip loin and pan seared scallops served in the shell. Ending on a sweet note, an impressive dessert spread will include peppermint cream puffs, eggnog cheesecake, white chocolate pistachio cranberry cake, bouche de noel and more.

 Christmas Dinner
6:00pm – 10:00pm

Trade in your silent night for a delicious three-course prix fixe Christmas dinner with friends and family. The festive menu will feature lobster bisque topped with buttered croutons and caviar; truffled Cornish game hen served with candied yams and roasted broccoli; and for dessert white chocolate cranberry, milk chocolate gingerbread and dark chocolate orange Christmas “ornaments”.

The pre-fix dinner menu is offered for USD $95 per person.
