Led by Executive Chef Simon Purvis, EDGE's culinary team has created a sumptuous three-course menu, offered the evenings of February 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14. At $85 per person, the menu features seared jumbo scallops with black truffles as a starter, wood-grilled filet mignon with poached Maine Lobster and a chocolate heart for two with gold leaf.
